Jesus these last few years have been shitty. And somehow each time i try to be better it backfires and I end up even worse.

Whatever.

To do this year:

Pay off debt

Resurrect the SV.

Start tracking

actually start giving a shit about my health

Try and get back into school.

Yea...but within the first month it put me like 1500$ in the hole (alignment, new tires, and alternator) so it was a bitter sweet item

But those are kind of like “sooner or later” purchases. They’ll have to be done, and once they are, you won’t have to do it again for a long time. That’s how I had to look at my 90k-mile service and timing belt bill without hurting everyone.

It was a rough year. Hardest part for me was my mother dying. I wrapped up the year by putting her house on the market. I walked out the door and closed the gate for the last time this morning. :(

2017 was the best and worst year for me in many ways. In some ways you have to reframe the way you look at life and in others you have to make your luck. Either way, I hope 2018 blows the past few years out of the water
